You don't have to face this alone.

You don't have to face this alone. You don't have to face this alone. You don't have to face this alone.

Natasha Onyeaju, Registered Psychotherapist

Compassionate Path Therapy, since 2023 has provided individual sessions, virtually, to teens (17 and up), adults, and elders.

I am accepting new clients! My goal is to help guide you through your past and present experiences. Leading you to meet yourself with less shame, more self-compassion and a better understanding of who you are. Therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert in your life. I believe in supporting individuals on their journey to learn how to regulate emotions and separate their illnesses from their self-concept. You can begin to heal no matter what trauma or painful experience you have faced, and I will be along side you.

I have experience with those who have ADHD, self-esteem issues, BPD, anxiety, depression, and general life stress. I have lived experience dealing with anxiety and deep sadness. You are not alone.

Treatment involves an evolving and collaborative treatment plan where we focus on the goals you have set for yourself.

Ethics

Practicing cultural humility is important to me as a Nigerian woman in Canada. Practicing my values and walking-the-walk are mainstays.

Care

My passion for mental health and compassion for self and others are woven into what has created Compassionate Path Therapy.

Goal-oriented

Your goals for therapy will be met with actionable skills and a safe place to land. I love a good joke as well! We cannot have change without acceptance and acknowledging your wins.
